FLAT FEE ATTORNEY/CLIENT AGREEMENT

ATTORNEY FLAT-FEE - (Non Refundable)

I understand that the fee paid to the Law Offices of Amir Soleimanian & Assoc. covers only fees for legal services and does not include any court costs, fines, bail amounts, traffic school fees or abstracts. If you become delinquent (30 days or more) in paying Attorney fees or costs, it is mutually agreed that the Law Offices of Amir Soleimanian & Assoc. has the right to withdraw as your attorney. Termination of our representation would not affect your obligation to pay our fees and costs and we in turn would comply with all legal and ethical obligations customarily observed in the termination of representation of a client. I, the undersigned hereby authorize the Law Offices of Amir Soleimanian and Assoc. to receive payments for my attorney fees from my immediate or far relatives, and friends. By paying for the legal services with a credit card, I understand and agree that there will be no dispute of charges/charge backs with the credit card company, regardless of any result/outcome of my case. If you pay with a check which has insufficient funds, we will seek recovery under California Civil Code 1719: Any person who passes a check on insufficient funds may be liable to the payee for damages equal to triple the amount of the check. Returned checks amount is $50.00

WAIVER OF DEFENDANTS PERSONAL PRESENCE-

The undersigned defendant, having been advised of his or her right to be present at all stages of the proceedings, including but not limited to, presentation of and arguments on questions of fact and law, and to be confronted by and cross-examine all witnesses, hereby waives the right to be present at the hearing of any motion or other proceedings in this cause. The undersigned defendant hereby requests the court to proceed during every absence of the defendant that the court may permit pursuant to this waiver, and hereby agrees that his or her interest is represented at all times by the presences of his or her attorney at the same as if the defendant were personally present in court.

CLIENT/TRIAL AUTHORIZATION

I hereby instruct the Law Offices of Amir Soleimanian & Assoc. to plead guilty in my absence at any stage of the proceedings if in their opinion it is in my best interest, including authority to plead guilty to those misdemeanors, in my absence, even if the case has not been set for trial, attorney has my advance permission to do so. The Law Offices of Amir Soleimanian & Assoc. is hereby authorized to request a Trial by Declaration on my behalf from the Court in a timely manner and sign such for me on my behalf. In connection with my case of infraction or misdemeanor with the Court, I hereby authorize the Law Offices of Amir Soleimanian & Assoc. to sign my name on any and all necessary documents.

COURT FINE EXTENSIONS

I understand that the Law Offices of Amir Soleimanian & Assoc. may get an extension on my Court fine if I am not able to pay the amount requested by the Court by the payment due date with a $500.00 charge for this service. In addition, the Law Offices of Amir Soleimanian & Assoc. will charge me a fee of $1000.00 per case to pull a warrant if I fail to pay the fine, complete public work service or traffic school, by the Court due date and my case turns to warrant.

DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEE

Nothing in the law offices of Amir Soleimanian & Assoc. statements to Client should be construed, as a promise or guarantee of any kind regarding the outcome of my case. Any comments made to Client(s) by the Law Offices of Amir Soleimanian & Assoc. and it’s agents on their outcome of a Client’s case are an expression of opinion and “possible” result. This contract is signed and entered into in Encino CA. “Pursuant To California Rule of Professional Conduct 3-410, I am informing you in writing that I do not have professional liability Insurance”
